Clean room, and located closely to Kata Beach. We extended out time in Thailand and Kata White Villas was a great option for us. Near Kata Beach and the main road, and we spent most of our time outside but was pleasant to come back to Kata White Villas to relax and rest.

We had a lovely view of the ocean from our sea view balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Petting the cats on the property was a great additional perk! I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to stay close to the beach

Ägare och personal var extremt hjälpsamma och de två personligt hand om våra frågor och behov. Bra beliggenhed.

Rooms are exactly as in the photos and the view is great, a bit removed from the direct business of Kata. The family running this place is just the sweetest and will go out of their way to help you have a great stay. Even after we checked out and moved to a different place in Phuket, they still helped us with transport etc. I would absolutely come back again!

We had a great stay! Our room was nice. We had a large terrace and view of the beach, a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening sunset. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy nearby. We would stay again. Just a warning if you have physical challenges - you do need to climb a small hill from main road and then steps to the rooms. These are no problem if you are used to walking.

Rent, fräscht och hemtrevligt!

Fräscht, mycket rent, sköna sängar och fint inrett! Bra service och centralt läge men ändå lugnt. Hemmakänsla!

Meget venligt personale, der var yderst hjælpsomme. Fin rolig oase midt i Kata. God havudsigt fra A1 og kort gåtur til stranden.

Hotel up the hill

Very nice and clean accomodatiin. A bit of an exercise to climb the stairs up the hill but it gives you a seaview.

Great location to one of the best Hot Yoga Studios ever. Kata Hot Yoga. Ate at Lums restaurant almost every day. Good parking. Friendly owner, Banky. Great staff. It’s a walk up the stairs but felt safe and secure. I will be back.
Kata Hot Yoga. Right there. Perfect location for hot yoga practice.
The beach 200 meters from my hotel room

July 2021 - Kata Beach

Stayed here with my wife for a few weeks. Great location just minutes from the restaurants in the area and even closer to the beach. Room was very spacious with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The team were very attentive and friendly. We look forward to staying there again next time
