"Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained.
Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!"
"I always choose to stay at this property everytime I visit Surfers Paradise as the location is right amongst everything from dining and night life to convenience stores and shops. Hotel parking on site is convenient and easy to access."
"Not a bad location and good price but room smelled of cigarettes and had a damp, mould-like smell. Furniture was quite worn too. The whole hotel just needs some serious TLC. The balcony railings also felt super low and dangerous for the floor we were on which was terrifying with our toddler. Definitely a safety hazard! I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long stay but for a one-night stay it would be ok."
"Had a great stay. Fantastic location. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Very quick check in and was so impressed that i was able to have my room so early. Parking was easy and safe. Very clean room. It was quiet however the construction works across the road were not in progress due to the rain so i am not sure if it is noisy in the room when this construction is underway. Otherwise I would definitely stay again."
