"Staff are very polite."

"Swimming pool and hot tub were under construction, they have not notified us about it, when we have arrived there, the staff (lady) said if you want you can cancel right away, not friendly, another issue happened when I asked another staff (man) what time is open the gym, he said 9am, I asked to somebody else (not staff), said 7am, I think the staff needs to improve client attention."

"We booked a suite at the Days Inn, and the morning after we first checked in the water just stopped working. We were not notified or offered anything for the massive inconvenience. Additionally, they were still serving food even though the water was off… being a health hazard. We weren’t able to brush teeth, shower or use the bathroom. No water bottles were offered either. "

"The property was on renovation but no information was shared when you book - when I arrived it was a mess, no parking allowed in front of the building, path with construction material, gym closed, pool closed… I requested to talk with the manager and I was ignored. When I went to my room had a strong smell of cigarette and had to move.. No discount (because the facilities out of order) and zero customer service when you say something.. Never again "

"Great location, as there were restaurants in and around the hotel. Clean and tidy room, however bath supplies were scanty. In fairness, it was undergoing construction wit the carpet being replaced. Great timing for our stay that the pool and slides were already operational. "
