"When we checked in, they were having computer issues. The woman checking us in was doing the best she could and was kind and helpful. Despite the challenges, she made us feel welcome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a variety of pillows. The outdoor pool and hot tub was great. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The area is great with many restaurants close by."

"We really enjoyed having such a comfortable "base of operations" for our stay in the Flat Rock/Hendersonville area! Each time we returned to The Lodge we were greeted with "Welcome Home" by the staff at the front desk and it truly did feel like we were coming "home" each time. We would recommend it to anyone and look forward to possibly returning ourselves."

"We were only there one night this time but enjoy staying at the Ramada. Very friendly staff. This is the first time checking in with a pet. One suggestion would be to be sure the doorway is cleaned extra carefully in the rooms that accommodate pets. There was an odor by the door prior to checking in that could have been eliminated if the doorway was cleaned extra carefully"
