"We were pretty dissapointed with our stay. Our room was right below the restaurant so it was super nosy at night. Staff were unhelpful and not very friendly. The food was horrible and overpriced. Room was okay - waterfront view but all the furniture was stained and uncomfortable."

"I had a good stay overall, beach front access to beautiful water. So close to the water! The amenities are wonderful at little to no cost ( paddle board, snorkel gear) Food was good. The only upset were the housekeeping staff at times. A couple of times they came into my room very early (9:30am) and walked into the room. One of them yelled at me to put the “do not disturb” sign up when i am in the room. Which i understand my fault it in in not doing so, but this is the only hotel that I have found housecleaning to come in so early. Some (not all) of the staff weren’t the most friendly which was a bummer as well. Overall this place is wonderful and has potential to be better with some tweaks."

"Beautiful hotel/resort with an excellent staff. The property is just the right size, not huge, but not tiny either. Service at the bars, restaurants, and desks are all first rate. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Beach front property with loungers and sunbeds available. Ideally located within walking distance of downtown, but outside the hustle and bustle. Definitely would stay here again."

"My husband and I had a great stay at West Bay Club. The entire resort was pristine and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Great snorkeling about 10 minutes walk away. The only negative was that our room had quite a bit of light coming in at night but I was told they will be getting blackout curtains. We ate the free breakfast every day but only ate dinner there once."

"The hotel staff was great.The restaurant food was very good, but the service was a bit slow. I thought the pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby games. Internet service was very inconsistent and made making online dinner reservations difficult. Overall, it was a good experience."

"No front desk. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. No room cleaning or anyone that comes by. I got injured on the trip and they did not have any first aid, not even bandaids. We had to get a $60 cab to the pharmacy just to get bandaids and an ice pack. We finished the two water bottles that they put in the room and of course there was no one at the front desk to assist with getting more waters, we had to ask a guy leaf blowing the property where we can get waters and he helped us go across the street to a gas station for water. It’s good if you’re coming for the fish fry festival or Mr. Grouper (the restaurant) but I wouldn’t recommend staying at the hotel."
