"We were disappointed that the staff could not hold our luggage for a couple of hours after check out while we went to a doctor appointment. Staff was not rude, but was not overly friendly"

"The hotel is in a pretty good location but the hotel itself needs some help. You can tell they are in the middle of a renovation. The elevator seems really sus. While we were there, one of the two quick working with a lady stuck for a couple of hours. Our room looked liked it was renovated, but it was very small and tight for 3 people. We did not take part in their breakfast buffet but heard from other guests that it was terrible and not worth the $10 they pre paid for. It did what we needed for our weekend but probably will not choose to stay there again. I will say that their complimentary shuttle driver, David was awesome! He was very kind and drove us to a restaurant and picked us up. He was very courteous and friendly."
