"Right from the beginning the staff was very welcoming. Hussein quickly took us up to our room after a long day of traveling and explained everything well inside of our room which had an outstanding view of the park. Peter, who isn’t even a direct employee of the resort, who is part of the security team that keeps everyone safe, always checked on us and gave us a friendly greeting when he seen us. He even helped when excursions were late and helped to translate to get the issues with the vendors...

"I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn first off. They had a very great variety for breakfast and really tasty as well and the staff very very helpful especially John at the front desk. He was so helpful to us even when we had issues trying to make him piss up payments, you know he was very willing, giving us suggestions on what to do to make things easier for us towels were very clean. They were very white bedsheets felt really soft and nice. Yeah the mattress as well, really comfortable...
