"We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport! From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The young lady who greeted us at the airport shuttle was incredibly kind, and the shuttle driver was friendly and professional. The complimentary airport shuttle made our arrival so easy and stress-free. We stayed for one night before continuing our trip. Our room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. We also truly appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage for several days at no additional cost while we traveled. That was such a convenient and thoughtful service. And I have to mention the cappuccino—it was unforgettable! Absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Nairobi!"

"The staff here is AMAZING!! I chose this place for a second time on my way and my daughter chose to stay here a third time! LOVE it! Love the pools. Gym is well-equipped with great hours. Two gift shops on site with resasonable and set prices, which is a respite after dealing with haggling other places if you want a quick souvenir. Food was good!"
