To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.

The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. This was our 2nd visit we liked it so much the first time. We accidentally booked for 1 night instead of 2. Instead of leaving us homeless of a fully-booked saturday night, the staff rang around and got us a room in a nearby hotel. Hugely appreciated. The food is exceptional as is the atmosphere and location. Highly recommended.
Our room overlooked the Lake...Room was wonderful with a great bathroom and extremely clean.Breakfast was plentiful with so many choices.Location was perfect as the Promenade was right across the street from the Hotel.Centrally located as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort.
Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away.
Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort.
Property is clean, location not bad at all; although from the pictures it looks like it’s at the lake and not really. But you can get to the center in 5 minutes by bus (city bus included)and the bus stop it’s 3 minutes walk, or you can walk look at the city, takes 25 minutes to the piazza.
