"Excellent airport hotel, with pick up and drop off included.
Used twice when travelling in Chile and found both times great.
Good bed and shower.
Hotel transfer must be booked before 48 hours of arrival and is well communicators with pick up info.
Hotel buffet breakfast is okay, fills a hole but nothing special."

It was a great location, and the staff was super friendly. It is 5 minutes from the airport. My only recommendation is to have their shuttle running more often. It runs every hour.
It was a highly enjoyable experience. Excellent breakfasts, great service. Next to a great ice-cream place. A walking distance from the National Museum of Fine Arts.
This hotel is great. Here is what stood out:
1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers
2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet
3. The neighborhood is popping with all kinds of things to do in the immediate area
4. The service was really friendly, the clerks were helpful and went out of their way to book activities (massage, mani-pedi, airport transfer) for me
5. The building is super safe. They require you to buzz in and someone comes out and...
Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and Service!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated.
The hotel was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations were excellent, and...
ALMOST PERFECT. Great price, clean modern, beautiful. Great service.
Two issues, one is no way to boil water in the room. Bathroom has very little privacy... and sound travels :)
Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The staff was very friendly and responded to many of our questions providing recommendations about the area and clarifying any questions we had.The hotel is in a great area (safe and modern). We used Uber for transportation and worked well
We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!
I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Mr. Mark helped us plan our days and all of his suggestions were spot on. Dianne, Alex & the front desk crew were exceptionally helpful too and great fun to meet. Rachel makes every breakfast a fantastic start of the day. The neighborhood is lively and the front rooms capture a bit of the street noise on...
The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please.
Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations.
We came for the 2023 Pan AM Games to support our athlete daughter and the whole staff cheered us on! They even surprised us with a late night treat of balloons, a framed photo of her, and...
The airport shuttle is a big reason why we selected this hotel. Good breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but to go elsewhere for food you will need an Uber or taxi.
Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and catered to your needs. Great location and walking distance to a lot restaurants, metro and shopping.
