"I would like to thank Manager of front desk (check in, etc). When I had problems with front desk he/she solved it immediately.
The birthday surprise of the hotel for my wife made her and us very happy. They are checking about birth days of their customers. This is great and congrulations!!!!"

"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday.
During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"
