I would definitely stay again. My time here was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was wonderful and access to the lake was perfect. The staff was very helpful and courteous as well. There were only 2 down sides to my stay and those are just personal preference. 1. I prefer to have separate shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. (Here it was all three combined into one). 2. This is a really special place. It’s probably the only 3star hotel with its own pier so if you like swimming in the lake or take a boat it’s perfect. One of the few hotels where the owner is also the operator instead of a corporate staff. This is what makes this hotel so special. These people care about what their guests think and want because they are the directly involved. This is the real difference between corporate and personal owner/operator type operations. Also, we spent an extra day there just walking around the little town as they are right in the middle - great location.
