The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The host Mica y Valen were amazing and attentive to every detail. The check in was easy and for these reasons this hotel will be my first choice on my return visit to BAires"

Had a challenge with hotels.com customer service - “representatives" claimed to human but were probably artificial intelligence programs that did little to help. This property was a big disappointment, though it looks okay (photos, reviews, location) on hotels.com. "

"This is a wonderful apartment hotel. It is run by a small group. We looked out and got the penthouse unit with a large gracious and spacious balcony and two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The staff are terrific. It’s located really close to the Serrano market and all kinds of other wonderful things about Palermo in Buenos Aires. Great coffee shop across the street as well. "
