My room was big, very clean and the staff was great, they arrange for my transportation from the airport, book a tango show for me and provided any other assistance I need. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. The owner Alejandro did an asada class at his other property which was a 8 minute walk the I would highly recommend. "This is a wonderful apartment hotel. It is run by a small group. We looked out and got the penthouse unit with a large gracious and spacious balcony and two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The staff are terrific. It’s located really close to the Serrano market and all kinds of other wonderful things about Palermo in Buenos Aires. Great coffee shop across the street as well. "
