I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff Rafael. Checkin was seamless. He was very responsive, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was clean and organized, thankfully quiet at the time. The street was filled w people, walkable to laundarymat , bodega, minimarts and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the apartment. Water, coffee complimentary. Fully equiped kitchen. We were very happy and will stay again. Excelent service honestly.

Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.
Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. The hotel is amazing, it is located in a very nice neighborhood (Recoleta), walking distance from a lot of recommended restaurants and just 20 minutes from the airport.
The exterior is quite eccentric, you can't see any sign or description of the hotel and the taxi drivers don't have any idea about the name, so, bear with the complete address ... Once you are inside the hotel you can realize how nice, luxurious and well maintained it is.
