"We always stay at the JW Marriott went in Austin. The staff is really helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. They have a wonderful bar -two bars downstairs and easy access to the downtown area to walk to restaurants.."

The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together.
