Comfortable, convenient & excellent boutique hotel choice in Ormaiztegui half way in the Basque Country between Bilbao and San Sebastian by car or else. Their very friendly manager & owner welcome, as well as attention to detail and a tasty breakfast including local traditional cakes he bakes himself, and more simple amenities are there to enjoy by guests.
The house is perfectly clean and so authentical!

Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc.
We loved our 1 night stay at this property and wished we could have stayed longer. Located in a quaint small town in a lovely country setting, it was the perfect way to start our travels in Spain. The restaurants in town weren't open the night we were there, but the staff gave excellent recommendations for options in nearby Durango. This property was very nice. Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great.
The inside of the hotel is not what you would expect when seeing the exterior. The rooms are very roomy and clean and very modern. We stayed our last night in Bilbao before returning home here and we enjoyed it.
