The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too.
