"The location is really great and staff were friendly and helpful. Downstairs Cafe made morning coffee super convenient. There was some noise in our room from surrounding businesses but that's probably to be expected. One thing to mention, the bathroom in our room was separated only by frosted glass. If bathroom privacy is important to you, this might not be your best option. Check room details carefully!"

"The doors in the hotel close extremely loud. You feel like falling out of bed when the door in the next room closes….. Earplugs for light sleepers! No street noise, though.

Location of the hotel is great, very close to good restaurants and shopping. Public transport just a few steps away. Taxi stand in front of the house. All in all a good place for a few days."

"Located near train station - good for transport, poor for loads of drugs and homeless immigrants. Some nice places to eat, and close to city centre.
Cafe for breakfast is some distance away, across 2 busy roads. Breakfast OK though. Limited vending machines at high prices. Zero amenities. No parking. Train station parking cost €40 for 2 days, and felt very insecure (but we weren't robbed).
Very small room and even smaller bathroom.
Beds very basic. No cooling at all, not even a desk fan.
Essentially, this is the university creaming as much as they can from unfilled accommodation. Very expensive for what it is."
"Very much a luxury hotel, we had a junior suite for a family of 3 and it was more than enough space. All the staff were great and we had everything we needed. In a great location between Guggenheim and the old town. One small point that as it’s in the centre of the town, it was a little noisy at times. The rooftop bar was lovely."
