We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc. The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable.

It's a wonderful place

This place are definitely charming and very clean, and the staff is super friendly and patient. If you arrive before check in, you can leave your luggage and take a walk around the centre. The room had a water heater and you can make yourself tea or coffee (which I love because not all hotels offer it). The breakfast is amazing as they offer a Yorkshire experience, and it's nice because it’s different from the typical hotel breakfasts. There is a bar that offers drinks during the evening and...
