A very warm welcome from Valerie after our long journey 'up North'. Room was inviting and cosy. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice, freshly cooked. Hotel location was also great to use as a base to venture around the area on days out. Would recommend.

Surprising Pickford

The location was ideal and the town of Pickering was very charming with a surprising number of interesting attractions. There was a castle, a museum and, the point of the trip, a now famous classic car auction site (Matthewsons).
