"This is a gem of a hotel. This is the second time I’ve stayed here (once in the 3-floor duplex & once in the 3rd floor Superior Studio), & I plan to always stay here when I visit Samui. "This is a beautiful property. Very comfortable and upscale. Had everything we needed. Eldor picked us up at the airport and had a lot of information about the island and places to visit. He was very knowledgeable. He communicated with us throughout our stay and was easy to reach if we had questions. The view is beautiful. Able to walk to restaurants and a few shops. Location is close to Choengmon beach which we thought was nice. I recommend this property. "

"The room was spotless, with a big bed and all amenities. Cleaning when requested was also excellent. The balcony was lovely, overlooking coconut trees, with space to dry clothes after a day at the beach. The real highlight of Choengmon Residence was the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and made the best pad thai on Koh Samui at the restaurant downstairs. The mango shakes and Thai tea were also delicious!"

Beach is small and the sea is rocky but that’s not a negative comment, just factual. Pool area is lovely - didn’t feel crowded and always loungers and umbrellas available.
