The staff were very nice and it was nice of the hotel to upgrade our room for our honeymoon. However, this hotel is run down. It doesn’t look like there has been much up keep of the property, it certainly does not reflect the pictures online. The breakfast buffet was very basic. There was little to no service around the pool. In the room that we stayed it the toilet always smelled very bad. I think something to do with the pipes.

I want to take a moment to thank the staff first. From beginning to the end of our stay we had phenomenal conversations, service and support from the staff. They got to know my husband and I in a personal level and at one point knew us by name! They wouldn’t just check to see how our stay was going but check on us personally.
