"Clean and comfortable and super convenient location. You can essentially see the hotel from the Zurich HB station plaza and it is right near the lake and areas of interest are nearby. Friendly staff. "
"I wish the had better toiletries for the shower. The shower also tended to exceed the limits and spread water on the floor. We had to be careful in that respect, and wasted a lot of towels to keep it contained. Otherwise the room was comfy. We had a balcony which was sweet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."
