"Stayed here a few a years ago and it was excellent but on returning very disappointed. Hotel is looking tired and dated, staff looked overworked and short staffed waited a long time at reception for queries to be dealt with.
Quality of breakfast very average and the state of my bedsheets were dreadful. Blood stain on sheets had to go to reception twice to get bedding changed. I was on a short break dealing with family matters otherwise I would have walked and found another hotel. Lack of direction where is the management. Have stayed in Leonardo in UK and they are excellent.
Location is excellent and quiet but please make an effort to improve the place"
"Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, choice of heated and non heated pools, nice food, free airport shuffle
Cons: very noisy early in the morning from nearby construction works, only small selection of food at buffet, had to ask for more desserts as didn't restock when all run out, onsite shop not open very late, not many shops or restaurants near by, needs clearer instructions on how to book free shuttle (was told by receptionist they do not read messages through Hotels.com on a weekend!) I messaged Friday to book for Sunday shuttle and no one got back to me so ended up paying for a Bolt."

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful time, I don’t know how does it feel during peak season but during our stay the hotel wasn’t packed, all available activities were line-free, no wait for breakfast and no problem with dinner reservations. Our room was spacious and comfy, food in all restaurants was amazing and the kids activities (the ones that were open) were fantastic, including the Adventure Park, game room and Kids City - special shout out to the team at Kids City, our kids fell in love with them and insisted on going every day right after breakfast and wouldn’t leave for hours. Overall - the attention to every detail, the kindness of every staff member we encountered and the extra care for the kids were very appreciated. The only thing I would note is that as it was still just before the season opened there were some attractions that were not operational (outside pool and slides and some parts of the Adventure Park) and some parts of the hotel that were closed suddenly for maintenance (like some of the elevators and the gym - when we approached the reception staff we did receive a small compensation for the inconvenience). "
"A very clean hotel but lacks the personal touch , cant getva sunbed even though there are rules about reservations on them not much for kids to do , a very small kids club i would say this hotel is best suited to older people or people who dont have children "
"I Mixup the dates, never went to this hotel . I got a big penalty amount for changing the date, even though I change the date. I thought that the hotel will help me and I wrote to them, never got a answer back from the hotel.
Not were nice from the hotel, I hope is worthwhile standing in May"
