Bon hôtel 3 étoiles. Le personnel est super serviable, l’hôtel est propre. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants est un atout non négligeable. En Avril il manquait un peu d’animation. Le buffet est correct. Hôtel idéal pour les familles et bon rapport qualité prix.

The waterpark was unsafe, could feel every join in the slides a lot. The pool you dropped into was too shallow. The rooms were very basic with dodgy sockets. Beds were rock hard. The general feel and food and drink was ok but nothing above average

Bathroom ceiling half covered with mould. Staff were rude (other than the reception lady I spoke with) food was cold. Entertainment was awful. Whether it was because it was end of season I don’t know but if they are taking money from customers they should provide better service all round.

Hotelli oli likainen ja huonosti pidetty. Sisällä vilisi torakoita ja siisteystaso oli huonoa. Siivoojat eivät siivonneet kunnolla huoneita. Ainoa hyvä asia hotellissa oli auttavainen respa. Mielestäni maksimissaan 2 tähden hotelli.

May stay

Great hotel, food and pools. I had a fall with my little one on a flight of stairs walking back from the water park to the bar, the irrigation sprayers were making the smooth ceramic tiled stairs wet leading down to the round pool and I wasnt prepared and unfortunately slipped down the stairs with my 1 year old. I raised this with reception and hopefully they will install an appropriate no slip surface for the future.

Basic hotel gadgets are not available! DND note not available. Towels, sheets torn apart. F&B is below cheap not to say disgusting! smell, noise...Dust in the rooms! Regardless of the day time, drills and works start at 9am. HK will wake you up every day by knocking at the door to ask you if you want your room cleaned! People party at the pool side till 2am regardless if you manage to sleep in your room or not! complaints are ignored!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and NEVER AGAIN....

The food was OK. Lot of options in breakfast, but it did not vary from day to day. Towel deposit was 5€, but can be changed each day. The temperature of the pool was fine. Lot of sunbeds near to the swimming pool. The a/c was fine. Daily room cleaning. The beverages was terrible. This is a family hotel. There are children every where. Our 2 persons bed was really bad. Sometimes it was slided under us. I still have back pain because the quality of it. We got studio, but the kitchen was almost empty. The fridge was very tiny. The floors are very loud. The door is very bad, you can hear everything that happens outside. Families wake up in the neighbor at 04:30 and starts to use mixer… In the evening the kids are very loud also because there is a disco dor them. The seimming pools can be used from 09:00-18:00.

Not going again!!

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all and had body hairs all inside the shower where I had to shower my two small children it was disgusting.. the food was not at all good not a lot of choice of cakes or desserts it was the same thing every day and even the sponge you cakes weren't even that soft and fresh even the most simplest meal pasta had no taste to it... we have stayed there years ago where it was on the different management and the food was fantastic and the cakes fresh and different everyday

Good be so much better

Waterpark and pool area are nice. Rooms ok with good airconditioning. Food was below average, I am not the pickiest person, but sometimes had trouble finding something to eat. Gym is a joke, treadmill, exercise bike and a few dumbbells. Same goes for the tennis court if you could even call it that. Service was quite unkind to be honest.

Rekommenderas inte!

Fyller absolut inte upp till 4-stjärnig standard. Upplevs mer som 2+ stjärnor. Vi fick byta 3 tre gånger totalt första rummet luktade klor och tredje och rummet vi fick var det myror på rummet. Städningen var inte bra, de städade inte badrummet och endast moppade. De bytte inte ut lakanen varje gång och städningen missköttes, städerskan glömde antingen handukar eller tvål och shampoo varje gång så vi fick ringa receptionen och be de hämta handukar och tvål/shampoo. Vattenleklandet och baren var det enda plus med detta hotell. De stora rutchskanorna får man endast åka om man är 120 cm så det var dåligt för vår son var 115 cm och fick inte åka rutschkanorna, det var mest för rutschkanorna vi bokade detta hotell. Maten var ganska ok, de hade barnbuffe men ingen variation där var samma mat varje måltid. Chefen stod och skällde ut sina anställda framför gästerna flera gånger vilket inte var så trevligt att se. Personalen som stod i baren var sura jämt och drinkarna varierade beroende på vilka som stod i baren. Det var endast två unga blonda tjejer som var trevliga och gjorde goda drinkar annars resten var skit. De hade shower varje kväll vilket var trevligt. De städade utanför hotellet jämt men kändes som det ej blev rent , detta hotell behöver en renovering! Rekommenderas inte! Tyckte synd om personalen chefen stod mest och inspekterade och skällde ut sina anställda framför gästerna. Personalen i restaurangen var väldigt duktiga och trevliga , de jobbade hårt och var glada.
