"Located in El Centro near Mecrcado 9, Hotel Yanuncay has easy access to local shopping and restaurants. Catching a taxi is easy and most rides around Cuenca take little time. The hotel has an elevator and on site parking. Although the staff does not speak English, they are very accommodating and work hard to make your stay enjoyable."

"The hotel was acceptable and the staff helpful. The breakfast was good. However, we had asked for a twin room and they gave us a room with one double and two twin beds. It was very crowded and not very restful. Also there was hot water in the shower only and not all the time. Property definitely needs some upkeep."
