It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed just one night at Design Studios SVI-MI in a Superior Studio room in late June 2026. We loved our room and our experience at Design Studios! Our only regret was that we didn't have time to stay longer to enjoy the room and the wonderful town of Zagreb. It was easy to find and access the unit - Ivanna from the hotel met us at check-in and showed us to our room. We arrived during an extreme heat wave and were very tired...
Met was recommended with no hesitation by my meeting planner for a quick stay in Zagreb and it did not disappoint! The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet not to mention in the best location! Would highly recommend the Met Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb.
The description of the lodging was largely accurate. The only inaccuracy was that hotels.com said that an airport shuttle was available upon request for a fee. The property has discontinued this. Also, be aware that the shower had two bottles of shampoo but no soap or conditioner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The location was excellent - close to the train station as well as the center of town and historic landmarks. I would stay there again.
Comfortable hotel within walking distance of Zagreb’s city center’s sights and easy access to/from the airport. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area versus the noisier, more touristy areas. The service was attentive and quick. Property is fairly new and is well taken care of. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality or value for money of the food. However, breakfast for €22 / person seemed steep relative to the prices in the area.
We had a one night stay prior to heading to the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was nicely made and very comfortable. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a store to stock up on some snacks. Highly recommend staying here.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of variety, including champagne. I would highly recommend this hotel.
