The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! "This is hotel right in the center of great walking areas and local eateries. It's literally across the street from Chinatown and a short walk to Dejima. At night the area just a block to the northeast comes alive, but it's a lot like a super-mini locals'Shinjuku so you can decide on whether that vibe suits you. The hotel has spacious 320 sq meter rooms available and six washing machines, the free late night noodles were really good and the staff is super friendly and helpful."

"I loved my stay at Casa Blanca ! The staff was very friendly, the hostel was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was able to use the kitchen, which I appreciated. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow...
