"Our stay here was amazing. We did a staycation for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Staff was nice & polite. Although parking is a little high & a little complicated, everything else we enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious as well, room service was also fast. "

"Went there for pool and pull was closed. The pool area was not nice. Paid for balcony room and couldn't go on balcony. No chairs etc. Some of the staff was excellent others were not friendly at all. "

"Perfectly located for quick access to Atlanta’s airport. Very competitive price for very clean room. They offer extended parking for travelers (currently $15/night) in a secure lot adjacent to the hotel. Shuttles to airport run 24/7 every 30 minutes. "

"It was an ok stay. Not the cleanest. There was trash in the hall for 2 of my 3 days that someone dropped and didnt pick up. The halls had stuff on the floor. It needed to be vacuum. I didnt like the paid parking. The gounds were not very well maintained "

"The hotel staff at check‑in was very helpful, but the checkout experience was disappointing. Early in the morning, the staff member seemed more focused on cleaning the counter than acknowledging me, and he appeared bothered when I returned my room key and requested a printed receipt. Both front automatic doors were broken, so all guests had to use the side entrance. The airport shuttle service was excellent, running every 30 minutes. The in‑room TV guide was confusing, and there was no printed guide available. I was also surprised to be charged $15 for “secured overnight parking” when parking was simply in an open lot. The bedroom itself was cozy and quiet. Not the hotel’s fault, but travelers should know that a taxi from the State Farm Center cost nearly $100—plan ahead."
