For the price, it was a good option for one night. Everything was clean, and while it’s not the nicest hotel, it offers good value for the money. The location is great and within walking distance of many places. We were satisfied with our stay.

This Red Roof End does not meet my expectations for a Red Roof. There were several issues that need work. Each one may be small, but added together they matter. I will list them in no order of importance. First the ice machine did not work, however the office had ice they gave me. The tub/shower room does not have any hangers to hang clothes or items while in the shower. The breakfast was good but the area is too small and unpleasant compared to precious experience with Red Roof and other motels. On the positive the cost of the room was very reasonable.

Ruth the front desk operator was very nice and pleasant to communicate and deal with. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Air conditioner work very well. Shower was hot and relaxing. Will stay again.

Rooms were gross. Found long dark hair in all of the “clean” towels and all over the floor. Towels as thick as paper towels. Hair in the shower. Shower plug was broken. Tv remote was destroyed and taped back together. Felt like constant commotion outside that we could hear despite it being extremely slow. Pool was closed and clearly has been for some time. Staff was… interesting to say the least. We ended up leaving a day early and went back home. No chance we were going to stay another night. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay elsewhere.

The renovated downstairs room was fine. Clean. I went to the ice machine next to the office late in the evening. It was broken and not in service. I went into the lobby/office area and did not see anyone. I looked in the breakfast area, to see if there might be some ice available there. The only thing I saw there were baby roaches! Lots of them. So many I would not eat there and did not let my wife even see them....Disgustinng! I did not complain nor even mention the condition of the breakfast area to the staff. I did inquire about staying over 1 more day and was told the rate would be TRIPLE what I paid the night before!

Our room smelled like a dog kennel, the smoke detector appeared to have been ripped off the wall, stains on the bedding, carpet was nasty, old broken furniture in the parking lot, paint peeling off of the ceiling. The property as a whole was in deplorable condition

Beds were rock hard, our door wouldn’t open with the key more often than not, the air conditioner was loud and if it wasn’t constantly running the room was immediately too hot which is weird. The staff made me wait while they finished up a personal call. My son’s bed sheets had brown stains on them. Overall wouldn’t recommend this sleeping accommodation.

Nothing worked and our first room had feces on the wall of the bathroom adjacent to the toilet bowl. Our second room, the door handle, barely worked. The ice machine didn’t work. There was no cable however we were told if we had an account for Netflix or something we could use that if we would sign into our own account. Property had garbage all over the place in the back. The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were thin as paper and we were freezing or sweating, depending on if we had the air on or not.

The people were nice at check in and through our stay BUT our handicap room was supposedly new renovation. There was only ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET but the nightstands required electricity to operate lamps, charging stations etc and there was only one outlet to plug in one nightstand!! The outlet was on the far side of the room so we had to go purchase extension cord to reach only one nightstand! It was the single light in the entire room!!! This “newly renovated handicap room “ had zero ADA requirements! The shower was NOT ADA! It did have handrails but the high tub/ shower prevented handicap access! The shower had no handheld shower head, the handicap rail for the toilet was mounted BEHIND THE TOILET TANK! Not ADA REGULATIONS! The single chair in the room tipped backwards when you sit and landed you in the floor! Dangerous!! The desk had zero electrical connection and zero lighting. The room was clean, freshly painted but lacked being ready for guests. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no lid for ice bucket, ironing board with no iron, no lights over bathroom vanity and only two small bath towels for a three day stay. To get ice you had to enter lobby and give your contacts desk clerk to take to a back room to fill when they had time. There was NO WORKING SWIMMING POOL IN 93 degree weather the first week of JULY!! Clerk apologized for inconvenience and seemed embarrassed by the problems we encountered. However, the airconditioning unit worked well Would not sta
