"This is the first time I have ever left such a low rating. We had arranged an airport transfer with the hotel, but we were dropped off at a different hotel instead. I contacted the email address we had been communicating with to report the issue, but even after several days, I received no response at all. "Returning to the enchanting Ocean Suites for our second visit, we were delighted to find the service had significantly improved, making the check-in process swift and seamless. While the experience does come at a premium, the magical sensation of drifting to sleep surrounded by a myriad of fish makes it perfect for celebrating special moments. Despite a few setbacks on Sentosa, with the beach closed, the forum under renovation, and some attractions unavailable, our two-night stay at Ocean Suites...

"PM flight from Bali and early flight out SIN-SFO. No customs and immigration needed for in airport stay. Added one one hour to 6 hour stay. Breakfast was very good just across fromt he hotel. Front desk arranged wake up, cart assistance to correct gate in a very timely manner in the morning. "

"Excellent hotel! Luxury without being "too much". It is the staff that make the hotel, especially the woman who cleaned our room and the staff by the pool. Thank you for making our Singapore trip so special! Very good breakfast. 3 min walk to MRT station. 1 min walk to Tanglin Mall with nice restaurants. Rooms a bit on the small side. We will definately stay here again next time we to Singapore!"
