"I've stayed here several times now and gave always had an excellent experience. The staff are cheerful and welcoming, the check-in quick and smooth. The apartments are spacious with a well-appointed kitchenette, marvellous bathroom, comfortable bed and in the bedroom/living area chairs and a table to work - or eat - at. Plenty of storeage area too. The whole apartment is clean and bright."

"We had a nice stay overall. The place is very well located. However, one last incident left a negative impression. I returned to my room at 11:50 a.m., just 10 minutes before checkout, to quickly collect my luggage and rush to the train station. To my surprise, my key card no longer worked. I went to the front desk, where I was initially told that I had already checked out. I explained that I had not and that I was in a hurry. The receptionist reactivated my card, but when I returned to the room, it still did not work. I had to run back to the reception again. When I explained my frustration and the urgency of the situation, the receptionist’s response was not particularly helpful and seemed dismissive, saying that “it is not my fault.” This was not the level of hospitality I expected. Eventually, another employee came upstairs with me and opened the door, allowing me to retrieve my luggage and catch my train. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the way it was handled by the front desk staff was disappointing."
