"The location is top. Notch is right in the center of everything beautiful place. Dream we had had an amazing view of the cathedral and the medieval side roads. The pullout couch was completel useless. We finally had to pull the mattress off of the frame and place it on the floor to get any sort of sleep."
"There are definitely some things to like about the property - while not in the center of town it was a close enough walk to restaurants/shops. Parking is close by and free. Breakfast was good, especially liked the basket of bread/croissants set on the table each morning. Their coffee/latte/espresso machine will satisfy your caffeine fix. Was not in love with the family studio room, very early 1990's Ikea type furniture, bare bones decor. It reminded me of the kind of room you get when you're in college and you are scraping together money for a long weekend at the beach with a couple of friends. There were only 2 small bed pillows, but I was able to get an extra pillow at the front desk. Granted it's a 2-star hotel so expectations should not be that high. "Garden view" is a patch of grass with a couple of chairs - there is no garden to speak of, Was unable to use the tea kettle in the room because of a white film deposit of some kind and was not going to dig in there to scrub it out. Reminder that there is no shower gel in the room - just hand soap. I think some of the rooms in the main building would have a better aesthetic than his option."
"We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms smell like a septic tank. Room 103 in the shower all you could get was extremely hot water which made it hard to take a shower and there was no heat in the bedroom so the second day was cold and without the heat I had to wear a jacket to bed.
The people were nice but the place was differently wasn’t what I expected."

"We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms/apartments were clean and comfortable and all utilities such as the dishwasher worked without any issues. The garage was also convenient to use. There are scuffs and signs of wear throughout the hotel, but they didn't affect our enjoyment of the property.
The heated outdoor pool was fantastic, and we were able to use it even when it was slightly chilly outside.
When my son fell and cut himself one night, the receptionists in the lobby were quick to bring out their first aid kid which allowed us to patch him up. We were very grateful for that.
The only small downside is that we weren't able to enjoy the indoor pool due to repair work. But the fact that the outdoor pool was heated really made up for that.
We had a great time!"
"Very friendly receptionist on arrival, we were able to get into our room early. Breakfast was good and very easy access into centre of town and to the train station."
"Clean, Good location, but not 4 star IMO.
Breakfast “ok”. Rooms are NOT as big the images. Major Kudos to the photographer for making the place look big. Another group we talked with shared the same view as us. Pool is tiny, bathroom was tiny, toilet separate but around the closet? Would have been a lot more logical to have updated in a more integrated way."
