Todo espectacular. La gente muy amable dispuesta a ayudarte.

Beautiful setting right on the lake with parking and right next to bus stop that takes you to Thun. Great breakfast. Needs better attention on the reception as there was no one there to do the check-in in the afternoon. Should've warned that the elevator was broken.

El hotel es excepcional para poder descansar y disfrutar del entorno. Ambiente familiar y personalizado. Destacar el no sentirte solamente cliente sino alguien que forma parte importante de un "hogar". Es como estar en tu propia casa. Increíble !

Desayuno variado, tienen carta para pedir platos

Génial Muy buen sitio tanto en invierno como verano Ahora estaban en obras y había algo de polvo. Pero en el hotel los habían avisado antes y bajado el precio Muy buen detalle que no siémpre hacen los hoteles

The area surrounding the hotel is perfect. We had an upgrade in our room with views to the river and the square. This was maybe a bit more noisy but charming. The state of the building and rooms is perfect. Personnel were kind and attentive. General services of the hotel, including coffee and tea, fruit, etc were great and convenient. Maybe only breakfast could be a bit better according to the high standard of the hotel. Thanks.

el hotel esta lejos de berna pero si no te importa por que tienes coche. Es una opcion muy buena a tener en cuenta .

A very nice historical hotel, located in an idilic environment! The service at the restaurant is amazing!!! Clients are treated like at home, very warm, and everything you request is possible! Breakfast is very rich!

Hemos sido muy bien recibidos,mucha amabilidad. Nos han ayudado en todo: estancia, donde aparcar el coche, qué visitar. Nos hemos sentido muy bien.
