Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of the Austrian Alps. Food and amenities were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious . All cold foods but healthy and appetizing. Coffee was excellent. No coffee maker or wet bar in the room, though. No pool or spa, limited amenities but lovely large rooms, comfortable beds and view of the river and mountains. Very quiet.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.

My stay at Hotel Salzburgerhof was truly wonderful. The service from all the staff was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities are beautiful and comfortable, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. Breakfast was varied, delicious, and definitely worth trying. The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available. We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer.

The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
