"This hotel aims to please and does not disappoint! It is located in the most beautiful spot, reception was helpful and so friendly, the bar staff made delicious drinks and gave some suggestions of where to walk around that were incredible. Our room overlooked the most beautiful view. The hotel was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to come back for another visit from the USA!"

Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was on the 12th floor and given an information packet. The first morning of my stay I had a small breakfast from the buffet and gave the man my room number with no problem. The second day I had a small breakfast (a couple pieces of fruit, vegetables, and eggs). When the woman came to get my room number after I had already started eating, she told me breakfast was not included for me and it would be 25 euros. I explained that I was not informed of that the day before and she asked "are you sure?" multiple times. I was then charged for the breakfast which was definitely not worth the cost, especially considering the cost of the stay. Though 25 euros is not a large cost, it's disappointing they are not upfront about it and only told me after it was too late for me to get a better breakfast elsewhere."
"I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful upon learning it was my first time in the area.

"Beautiful hotel with character and charm! Great views and a wonderful garden area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or a glass of prosecco. Complimentary beverages upon arrival and during the day were a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were only staying one night so we had a regular room which was still fantastic and very clean. You can tell that details are important to the staff and the management. There is also luggage storage available. Not a far walk from anywhere."
