Very activity focused, friendly staff, great food and very unkept property

They are a themed boutique hotel but should be known for their incredible customer service. The owner, James goes out of his way to help in all aspects of your travel in Chile. He even found sources for me to buy tire chains in another town. The other owner, Chris is an excellent cook and the breakfast that is included was great. Stunning views, world class food. Stuffed trout was amazing. We loved our relaxing stay there. Good pool and sauna. Fabulous staff.

This is excellent choice if you are staying for longer period of time in Pucon. It is in walking distance to city center and lake Villarrica.It does have a secured parking. The lofts are comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose to do so. The host was very helpful and we received a complimentary bottle of wine.

The breakfast was perfect! The owners themselves preparred our eggs! They make their own preserves (jam) and they are delicious! The room was very clean and modern. We will be back!

It was very pleasant and confortable

This place is beautiful! We weren't sure what to do when we arrived at the front gate, but someone came out to let us in and get us all checked in. Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous, complete with a wood stove, Chilean toaster :), and a back deck with a view of the lake. There was a stairway down to the shoreline from the deck. Beautiful lodge with very helpful staff.

The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby.
