"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

"We had a lovely stay at Cilento Maloolaba - wished we’d had longer! We were a family of 5 adults - the lovely receptionist welcomed us with a fruit cake and cherries as it was Christmas- such a nice gesture The apartment had plenty of room for us all and a large terrace which was great for morning coffee’s and evening glasses of wine and card games The location of the apartment is very central for all of the bar’s & restaurants and the beach and the establishments on the back waterways...

"We had a short family trip to the Sunshine Coast and stayed at Oceans Mooloolaba. The accommodations were excellent and in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops & restaurants. We would definitely recommend! "
