"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

"We recently stayed in a 3bd ground floor apartment with our 4 young children. The resort and facilities that we used were very nice, and everything was clean and in good order. The pool area was quite nice, and the enclosed patio area from our apartment was a great size for kids. Close to the beach, local surf club and shops. We would definitely stay here again."

We had some issues when we tried to stay here the first time but when I complained they responded very quickly and then gave us a complimentary stay and refund! They didn’t have to do that but I’m so impressed that they did. Would highly recommend this hotel! "
