"The room (which we received a free upgrade for) was very clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfasts were superb for a continental one. The sound proofing was excellent, as was the choice of restaurants nearby. The only issue was that the shower while fully accessible, meant that water ran all over the floor. The toilet seat also needs to be replaced."

"We had the best night staying at the Esplanade. The room was spacious and the beds super comfy. A pleasant surprise to receive a bottle of sparkling for my birthday in the room on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very accommodating and polite. The night at the bar was super busy due to Dockers playing in the second semifinal, the staff worked very efficiently and politely trying to serve everyone. All areas of the hotel appeared clean. Lovely stay, would come back."
