Interessantes Hotel. Frühstück ok, Lage etwas aussergewöhnlich in einem Gewerbegebiet. Dadurch abends ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand und Perth entfernt

Difficult to locate as signage is not erected yet but good location for easy access to Fiona Stanley hospital. Brekky was ample with cereals, juices, yoghurt, breads,muffins, croissants, fruit and eggs. Newish hotel so everything in good condition. Some travellers were a bit noisy coming home late but not the hotels fault. Security access codes issued for entry after 5 pm. Close to Bunnings, cellarbrations, eateries. Mayasian and thai restaurants at Hamilton hill are both good value and yummy. Heading back again a few weeks.

Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night.

Not sure why this is called a boutique hotel, as it’s really a budget motel. Zero decor in the room. Zero ambiance in the “restaurant” area. The place is designed around an (open to the rain) central passage that resonates noise of folks coming back drunk at night (and they did). Can’t imagine how annoying it would be if folks were sitting out at the benches and tables. There are two incredibly bright undimmable overhead lights in the room and no lamps. The bathroom smelled musty. The shower couldn’t keep a stable temperature at all. Honestly only 3 stars because the bed and pillows were brand new and reasonable. Otherwise, book somewhere else.

So bad we looked but didn’t stay. It’s essentially a converted shed with parking in a public carpark. Basic would be overstating it. We needed a place to work but the listed facilities aren’t available to use until later in the day. Receptionist said she would cancel the booking but didn’t.

This is a great place to stay for value for money and location! Its only been open for about 4 months so the facilities are new and very comfortable. I had a king bed and separate very large bathroom with walk in shower. There is a nice cafe to have a continental breakfast in the morning and is well supplied with fruit juice, toast, yoghurt, eggs etc and a coffee machine where you can help yourself! The location is right in the middle of the Greater area of Perth so its a convenient drive to Fremantle, to the city, or down to places like Safety Bay or Rockingham. Free parking is provided for guests within an industrial area where the hotel is located. I stayed 7 nights and would highly recommend it.
