"I’ll be honest — based on the street frontage, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but first impressions can be deceiving.
The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are large, clean, and well presented, and the area is quiet and feels very safe. It’s also very reasonably priced, which makes it even better value.
I would definitely recommend it for anyone heading to Champion Lakes for rowing — just note that a car is required for convenience.

"We travelled up from the country to pick up our family travelling from the USA. We spent the night at the Motel so they could get a good nights sleep, shower etc. It is perfectly located with easy access to the Freeway off Leech Highway and the Airport."

Hard to find on campus but lovely on arrival. Very pleasant room, in need of some dusting but overall fairly clean compared to other Perth hotels. Nice bed, good TV, fabulous Pool and BBQ area.
Breakfast was AMAZING!! So much choice and so beautifully prepared. Was up there to have Gallbladder surgery so unfortunately couldn't make the most of the delectable offerings but hubby sure did.
Would definitely stay again.

Have been staying approx bimonthly for the last 10 years and on and off prior to this for years. Perfect location, Furnishings are okay with some tired bedside furniture. I believe the price reflects this as the bed is excellent nice hot shower, worth what you get. Beautiful building. Lovely staff. Boisterous night life in the neighborhood and could hear thrum of music from bar downstairs but never enough to keep us awake. Highly recommend.

The residences were excellent value for money with full sized washing machines and dryer in the suite, a well appointed kitchen and good sized refrigerator. There was plenty of secure parking. On site conveniences included a hairdressing salon (who fixed my bad haircut), a pharmacy and a nearby grocery store. South Terrace is easily accessed by public transport.
The room was very comfortable and quiet just what I needed after arriving near midnight at the airport David was very accommodating to make sure I had everything I needed
