"Lovely, clean room and friendly welcome. Really helpful service including an offer to pre-order breakfast due to our early start (which was delicious).
The only criticism is that we couldn’t get through on the phone to book a table for dinner on arrival but otherwise, our stay was excellent."

"Very nice hotel right next to the pleasure beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well maintained. Will stay again on another visit to Blackpool."

"Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs. "

"A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you."
