The location was ideal for the Pleasure Beach, the staff were nice and helpful and the rooms were comfy and suitable for a weekend away with a small child.

2/10 Mediocre

The hotel was really dirty, the sheets in the bedroom were dirty and the bathroom was horrendous. We were sat in the bar and I asked where the toilets were and they said you have to use the ones in our room.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby. We were at the Pleasure Beach which was only a short walk away so this was perfect for us. Our room unfortunately was not one that had been advertised on the booking site so did not look as we expected. But it was satisfactory for the time we were in it. The room itself could do with some renovations and touch ups here and there. The room itself was clean enough and for the price we paid, it was worth it.

Staff were great but the hotel needs some maintenance and painting and the room had some paint falling off the wall.

I liked they had a pool table and could watch football.plenty of shops and restaurants nearby Staff were friendly. My dissapointment was the room i stayed in pictures on walls were hiding issues like a hole in the wall and the matress was disgusting and to wide for the bedframe. I would bookthere again but definately not in that room.
