"It was Ok. Wed booked for one night just for spa and swimming pool before a 2am flight to relax in the day. The pool was closed for some reason although it was within the opening hours, very disappointing. Sauna was nice, it also had a Turkish bath and showers and a small gym. This was all decent. Room was basic but had all you needed, but older decor"

"The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly."

"I booked a room online with air conditioning and electricity. Unfortunately, when I received the room, it was on the fifth floor and without electricity, so I could not use the elevator or the air conditioning. When I complained to the reception, they treated me badly, so I left the hotel and remained without a room, searching the streets for another hotel. I don't recommend it at all"

"Renaissance Polat Istabul is our home away from home. It is one of the best hotels in the best area of Istanbul. Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel....

"It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show."
