"I wasn’t aware that I wouldn’t receive housekeeping daily. I also was under the impression that I would be receiving the room with kitchen and living space. Not just a bedroom. That wasn’t the expectation nor experience I wanted to have. The room was nice. However, I expected something similar the unit that is right next to it"

"As you can see on the sign a front desk person was supposed to be there during their job at 7 AM I had a customer service issue because there was no blow dryer in my room and I had to leave for an appointment and wanted to look at my best Spoke to a person at 7 AM who said they would be trying to reach out to the manager to solve my problem. At 8 o’clock, I still have not heard from someone Horrible customer service Pretty sad"

"The location was excellent. There was not enough room/seats around the swimming pool and it was Very noisy loud music. Nice large room but not enough draws/hanging space for clothes if you are staying more than a week. Breakfast was not good very little choice and slow service. I know you have to have the air conditioning on but it was very cold in the breakfast room . At the reception table most of the time there was only one or two receptionists and when checking in or out it could be a long wait."
