"This 4 star property is located in 'New" Town but the Old Town is an easy walk away. The room I stayed in was at the back of the hotel accessible with an elevator near the The Secret Garden, and was very quiet. Highly recommended."

"Hotel Ambiance was a good place to stay that was close to the trams and subway. The a/c worked well, even in the loft apartment of the west side in the summer. Breakfast buffet had many options. Good coffee. The rooms with windows facing west hear the sirens at night (if you are awake). The staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"This is genuinely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe! It honestly felt more like a hotel than a hostel—everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. My only wish is that the receptionist at check-in had been a little warmer and more welcoming. It would have been helpful to get a quick overview of the hostel, including the available amenities and facilities. I was especially surprised to discover that they have an ice machine, which is practically unheard of in Europe! Aside from the check-in experience, everything was great. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hostel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily come back. My wife and I stayed in a double room, while some friends stayed in another double room. We had asked the hotel in advance if it would be possible to have the rooms close together, and they kindly arranged this for us — the rooms ended up being quite close to each other on the same floor, which was very convenient. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you would typically need. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They also kindly allowed us a one-hour late checkout, which we really appreciated. What impressed us most, though, was that they somehow noticed it was my birthday and surprised me with champagne and a cake in our room. We hadn’t mentioned it or asked for anything, so it was a genuinely lovely and unexpected touch that made our stay feel special. Breakfast was good, although not quite the highlight of the stay. The gym was also perfectly sufficient for a hotel gym, with enough equipment for a basic workout. The location worked well for us. It’s in a quieter area away from the main tourist crowds, which we really liked, although it is slightly outside the immediate city centre. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service, thoughtful personal touches, and staff who clearly go the extra mile for their guests."
