"The location is extremely convenient. Many of Prague’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the hotel is also close to Prague Central Station, making it convenient for trips outside the city.
The room was cozy and comfortable. I’m quite particular about showers, but this hotel passed my test — there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey."

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. The Augustine is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. It was exceptionally quiet, clean and luxurious. I'm glad we splurged on this one! We didn't eat at the restaurant, choosing instead to walk a few blocks to the local cafes and shops, so I don't know about the quality of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience.
The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.
Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.

Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
Charming boutique hotel right around the corner from the main square. We stayed on the top floor with exposed beams. The room was so charming. The bathroom was very nice an up to date but a bit crowded for two. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice assortment of breads/rolls, cheese, meats, and also hot items. On day three, someone from the front desk opened our door and angrily told me it was past check out and we should be gone. I told him we are here until Wednesday (four more days).
