"Yes, the room was in excellent condition upon our arrival"

"The place is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But there were two issues: I awoke in the middle of the night to find that the blackout curtains didn’t work, which was an issue considering our room faced a well-lit parking lot. Also, we wanted to take the 7 am airport shuttle, but it was filled with a tour group so we would have had to wait half an hour, which was not feasible. So we had to pay an outrageous amount for a taxi."

"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, even at 1am! Everything went smoothly, the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. A courtesy taxi was also organised for our early flight. Pity breakfast wasn't open until 7am. But it was a comfortable stay nonetheless. "
