"I was transferred to this hotel as the one I booked has closed down. Note that Pullman and Mercure are in 2 separate towers. The Mercure lobby is not as nice but they share facilities. The rooms are as expected, minimalist but the beds are very comfy and the staff are very nice and helpful. The bar and lobby area is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back "

"This a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Staff were quite accommodating, parking while extra really secure and easy to access, location is a few minutes walk from the trams that go to the city and south and it is a 20 minutes ride by tram to the heart of town. Good food options a couple of minutes nearby but if you do choose to include breakfast it is hearty with lots of options and quality food. All modern amenities as expected including decent Wifi and housekeeping is regular and...

"Room was exactly as the photos and description promised. Everything clean and fresh. Staff member was lovely and helpful at check-in. Bathroom was clean but a bit old - some stains around shower and sink and a crack in the sink. No big deal though. Location super handy for trains, trams, city and felt safe."

"I had a really good stay here. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around, and the bathroom—especially the shower—had lots of space, which made it very comfortable. Overall, great value for the price. Breakfast was decent, but the bacon and poached eggs could have been a bit warmer. Aside from that small point, everything else was enjoyable.
